National Apprenticeship Week: RA Dalton Invests in the Future Through Skilled Apprenticeships

In March 2024, RA Dalton welcomed two ambitious apprentice engineers into our servicing team. Over the past 11 months, these individuals have undertaken a comprehensive training journey, and we’re excited to share their progress and the positive impact it’s having on our team.

From day one, our apprentices were immersed in hands-on learning. Working alongside our most experienced servicing engineers, they gained practical experience in maintaining sewage treatment systems, managing pump stations, and assisting tanker operations. Alongside technical skills, they also developed strong customer service abilities, ensuring they can meet the needs of our clients.

Recently, the apprentices completed a series of rigorous internal assessments designed to evaluate their readiness to take on independent responsibilities. Whether it’s routine maintenance or addressing complex challenges, we want to ensure they are well-prepared to support customers across the country.

Their growth and experience in the field means we’ll have greater capacity to take on new projects in 2025, helping us meet increasing demand while maintaining the high standards our clients expect. It’s a win-win situation—our team grows stronger, and our clients continue to receive reliable, high-quality service.
