Jamielee’s focus has been on improving customer service, streamlining drainage reports, and tackling more complex projects, allowing the department to offer tailored solutions and explore new business opportunities.

“Since becoming Drainage Manager, my main goal has been to enhance our existing customer base by delivering accurate drainage reports and providing the best solutions for our clients’ needs. This approach has allowed us to take on more challenging projects and be more creative in how we grow our business.”, Jamielee explains.
