Welcome Cindy: Our New Servicing Scheduler at RA Dalton
We are pleased to introduce Cindy as one of the newest member of the RA Dalton team. She joins us as a Servicing Scheduler at our Crook office, where she will play a key role in coordinating service operations, ensuring our Field Service Engineers are fully utilised, and maintaining efficient administrative processes to meet customer expectations.
Professional Background
Cindy began her career at the age of 17, working at B&Q in kitchen sales. She later transitioned into kitchen installations, where she managed product orders and scheduled jobs with fitters. With 18 years of experience in scheduling and coordination, Cindy brings valuable expertise to her new role at RA Dalton.
