We’re excited to introduce James Randall, who has recently joined RA Dalton as our new QHSE Officer. James brings with him a strong background in engineering and a keen eye for systems improvement — qualities that align perfectly with RA Dalton’s ongoing commitment to quality, safety, and environmental excellence.
A Solid Foundation in Quality & Safety
James has spent the last nine years working within the engineering industry, focusing on enhancing processes and procedures to support Quality Management Systems. His qualifications reflect his dedication to professional growth, having completed:
- BEng (Hons) Degree in Mechanical Engineering
- NEBOSH General Certificate in Occupational Health & Safety
- ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification
This blend of practical experience and academic achievement positions James to make a meaningful impact across RA Dalton’s operations.
A New Chapter at RA Dalton
When asked what attracted him to the role, James said:
“I was seeking a new challenge to grow and develop skills within Health, Safety & Environmental, which I can utilise alongside my Quality experience to help continuously improve the systems at RA Dalton in my role as a QHSE Officer.”
