Position Overview:

We are looking to recruit an Environmental Coordinator to work in our servicing division providing support to our environmental management package. The role is varied and requires meticulous attention to detail and a methodical approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Obtaining Environmental Permits for all sites
  • Quoting for, and administrating the environmental package for all sites (where required)
  • Preparing Environmental Management Systems and keeping them up to date
  • Managing all samples – booking sample collections via courier, ordering sample bottles, sending paperwork to labs, updating sample spreadsheet, adding all samples to PO, creating sales orders, invoicing non-key account samples, sending results and adding results into Clik
  • Dealing with all EA enquiries/failures and ensuring we respond within the timeframe and action any additional work required
  • Providing administrative support to the Servicing Team, undertaking all administration tasks when requested
  • Dealing with service customers – telephone calls, emails, letters – all enquiries
  • Communicating with other departmental staff to ensure the department is running efficiently as possible
  • Dealing with new enquiries from initial enquiry and actioning the enquiry
  • Updating spreadsheets where required
  • Extensive email and telephone correspondence
  • Accurately prepare and process all sales administration from start to completion.
  • Liaise with customers and the teams within the servicing division.
  • Proactively update our CRM
  • Assist with any other duties as required by the internal teams
  • Holiday cover within the division

Skills:

  • Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy
  • Confident and professional manner
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Self-motivated, pro-active and able to work to own initiative

Preferred but not essential:

  • NEBOSH
  • Previous experience within an environmental role
  • Competent in Microsoft -Outlook, Word and Excel
