About RA Dalton Ltd 

Position Overview – We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented administrator to join our installation team. The role is to support and help in completing licences and the supporting documents and help to coordinate Street Works projects.

Responsibilities: (Non-exhaustive)

  • Assisting in the completion of Section 106 applications to the relevant water authorities to connect to sewer.
  • Assisting in the completion of Section 50 applications to the relevant councils to work in the highway.
  • Liaise with Contract Managers to ensure correct information is available.
  • Ordering of utility plans for any relevant projects.
  • Assisting in the completion of letter drops to relevant residents when affected by our works.
  • Liaising with Traffic Management companies for Street Works projects.
  • Liaising with Direction Drilling companies for Street Works projects.
  • Updating Clik with all details and information necessary.
  • Extensive telephone and email correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • Competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work well under pressure.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
