Job Title: Web Store Administrator

Summary: The Web Store Administrator is responsible for managing and maintaining our online store, ensuring a seamless and efficient shopping experience for customers. This role involves overseeing the day-to-day operations of the web store, working with the marketing and sales team to update product listings, managing inventory, handling customer inquiries, and optimising the online store for maximum performance and sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Product Management:
    • Upload and update product listings, including descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels.
    • Ensure all product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimised for search engines (SEO).
    • Manage product categorisation and organisation within the web store.
  • Order Processing:
    • Monitor and process online orders, ensuring timely and accurate fulfilment.
    • Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to manage stock levels and shipping processes.
    • Handle returns, exchanges, and customer complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide exceptional customer support via email, phone, and live chat.
    • Manage customer enquiries, specify products appropriate for applications and provide accurate information about products, pricing, and delivery.
    • Resolve customer issues and inquiries promptly, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
    • Gather and analyse customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
  • Site Maintenance:
    • Regularly update website content, including banners, promotions, and blog posts.
    • Monitor website performance, identifying and resolving technical issues.
  • Marketing Support:
    • Assist in the execution of online marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media promotions, and paid advertising.
  • Inventory Management:
    • Track inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing teams to ensure stock availability.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Business Administration, Marketing or related field.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Experience in e-commerce administration or online retail management.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
